Austin Child Guidance Center— Sliding-scale services for children and families

Flatwater Foundation— No cost therapy for individuals diagnosed with cancer and their families

St. Edward’s University Community Counseling Clinic— Low cost individual, relationship, and family therapy for anyone in the greater Austin area. Individuals are asked to pay $15 per session and couples are asked to pay $20, although no one will be turned away based on ability to pay. You can learn more by emailing counseling@stedwards.edu or calling the center at 512-428-1242.
Texas State University— Low cost individual (child and adult), relationship, and family therapy provided at the San Marcos and Round Rock campuses and open to all community members
YWCA Greater Austin— Sliding-scale individual, relationship, family, and group therapy. Free services to women veterans, members of selected daycare centers, and those receiving Crime Victim Compensation.
